About TAHIRA
I have worked as Psychologist in Punjab Prisons Home department for 3 years. Now I am a Clinical Psychologist in specialized healthcare and medical education department. My area of expertise include supportive counselling , crisis management, career counseling, behavioral therapy, or stress management. I can provide counseling and therapy for drug abuse disorders, panic attacks, anxiety disorders, anti-social-personality disorders, eating disorders, OCD, and dementia, and manage chronic illnesses as well.
I also have good command on teaching and have continued to teach the students over these past years.
I started it as a part-time when I completed my graduation BS hons. in Applied Psychology in year 2017
I have master of philosophy (MPHIL) in Applied Psychology
