About Matthew
Welcome! I am a Personal Trainer and Boxer/Kickboxer that focuses on helping people become strong and powerful. I suffered a slew of injuries that made me think I would never be the same 3 years ago. Since then, its deeply motivating to me to help people who just got out of Physical Therapy still feeling pain and stiffness, feel good again.
My primary training specialties are Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Weightlifting, Mobility, and Nutrition. I aim to help people feel like Athletes through improving all of their physical characteristics, Strength, Speed, Power, Mobility, Flexibility, Endurance, Balance etc.
My training has put me in front of a diverse set of people. I have coached beginners and athletes. I have practiced with a person stepping into the gym for the first time up to fighters at a UFC level. There is a place for everyone when training with me so let's get started!
