About Christy
Teaching pottery to adults and children is my passion and joy :) I've been a practicing artist for 20+ years and love sharing my knowledge with others. I have an AA in ceramics (pottery), a BA in sculpture from the University of New Orleans and currently teach art for the St Tammany School Board. Besides being very patient, I am able to quickly get my students to "center" and throw. I also love teaching hand building and extruding. Let me help you find the artist within yourself!!!
