About Rachael

I offer private, one on one, Energetic & Physical Alignments for the body & soul. I am a professional Pilates Instructor who has been teaching for over a decade. In addition, I am a certified Usui Reiki Master and Teacher and Integrative Health Coach. My purpose is to assist you on your transformational journey and guide you to embody your highest and greatest potential. At Align & Embody we will work together to find where stored trauma and emotions have a greater affect on your physical well-being. If you are expecting a baby I am a Pre & Post Natal Pilates Specialist. I will assure you learn about the proper nutrition, new safe and effective exercises and receive plenty of nurturing guidance to support both you and your growing baby.

I am a BASI certified Pilates Instructor. And a certified Pre and Post Natal Pilates Specialist. I have been teaching for pilates for 12 years.

I am also a certified Health Coach, training with Institute of Intergrative Nutrition. LEAN Program through Dr. Sears. THe LEAN program focused solely on holisitic and nutritional wellness for expecting mothers. I myself am a mother, which has been my greatest and most challening training.

In addition, I am a Reiki Master and Teacher, completing all my levels of Reiki attunements with Blossoming Lotus Reiki.

I will explore your intentions for fitness and/or personal journey of the body and mind. We discuss goals and align you to your highest and greatest outcomes.
