Her classical precision with in-the-fly neck accommodations were very impressive. As always, I need more ab strength and her cues and adjustments pointed me in the right direction on curl ups.

What a great studio! I love that each class is kept to a small group. Classes feel more personalized. I love Sonia I actually followed her to this studio from another location. I have come to love Robin as well. I am not a Pilates pro or even consider myself to be athletic but Robin and her teachers make you feel very comfortable and really work with you every step of the way!! I hated working out and I actually look forward to my Pilates sessions each week!

I love Turning Point Pilates! Robin Solo is a talented and informed instructor with a special knack for knowing what is needed to stabilize and strengthen the body. I also love that this is truly traditional / classical Pilates. I was searching for a studio that would teach it in this way, as there are so many other hybrids and offshoots of styles that I don't like. Some of the other studios and classes out there are so fast paced with large groups of students that I actually thought I was going to hurt myself in them. I especially love the Jump Combo class at Turning Point because it gets in a good cardio workout on the reformer. If you're looking for small personalized group classes or top notch private instruction, this is the Pilates studio for you!

Turning Point Pilates is unique. It is a sanctuary for positive transformation. The teachers are gifted, compassionate, and highly skilled. I am a Pilates instructor and find that many studios follow trends, whereas this studio focuses on the individual. I love this studio!
