About Rachel
Do you wish you could sit down at the piano & (concealed information) Without needing sheet music in front of you or memorizing ahead of time?
Do you wish you could play that favorite song that's been in your head for years? That you could decipher the notes on the page or the sounds in your head & translate them into music?
I'm sure you've found that life demands a lot of improvisation. We improvise in life all the time just to get by. You can learn to do this on the piano, too, and not just to get by -- but to express the music inside you.
As a professional musician & creative coach with 18 years of teaching experience, I offer piano lessons to people of all ages seeking a gentle, open space to nurture flow & creativity at the piano.
That space exists for you with in-person lessons at both my Seattle and Vashon Island studios, or online lessons wherever you are. Reach out if you’re curious, & let’s chat about the music you’d like to bring into the world.
