About Margaret

Hi! Are you a beginner wanting to learn piano for the first time or a student ready to learn some new skills? Look no further! I am currently a music therapy student at ASU and I am ready to help you with your piano needs! I have taught students ranging from 5 years old to 65 years old! I am happy to teach to all levels as well as all age groups. I am currently teaching remotely, so no matter where you are in the world, I can help!

I have been teaching piano lessons for about five years now. I have taught students ranging from complete beginners to early-advanced. No matter where you are in your piano-journey, I can help get you to your goals.

I have been teaching piano lessons for over 5 years. I have also been taking piano lessons for over 14 years and am now studying piano in college. I have completed my first two semesters of college theory and am able to assist with all different types of theory levels.

About the lesson

When working with a new student, we will start by gauging your experience level. Don't worry if you have absolutely no experience, we can definetly work from there! Then, I will find the appropriate book based off your age and experience level to start finding you pieces to work off of. We can also pick pieces that you have found that you like and want to work on, regardless if it is in a lesson book. I want to focus on your goals, whether that is learning to play an awesome song or focusing on understanding theory and aural skills! We will get you to your goal.
