About Nicholas

I’ve been playing piano for over 11 years.

My formal education began with several years of private lessons, learning classical and romantic era piano. At Kent State University, I pursued a jazz piano performance degree under the training of world-renowned jazz pianist and educator Theron Brown.

I have held several positions of leadership both inside and out of music education. I assisted as Percussion Instructor for 3 years at Avon Lake, Ohio where I taught and practiced music with kids in grades 7-12. I was also a section leader and gold-medalist at the DCI World Championships as a part of the Bluecoats Front Ensemble.

I am passionate about helping others become their best and most confident selves. I am patient and easy-going, while also striving to reach a higher standard of follow through and determination.

Learning piano is an amazing opportunity for personal growth and self-expression. I would be happy to help get you on the right track and see you succeed.
