About Andrew
Differentiation has always been at the forefront of my teaching. I really listen to everyone involved in the experience to determine the goals of the student. This is not a competition but rather the development of a life long passion. If the teacher connects, then the work becomes joy.
Mostly, I love the excitement that builds as the student progresses. When he/she starts connecting the dots, or, actually, the notes.
I have been playing piano for about 40 years and have been teaching for the last 10. In addition to that , I have been performing as a solo artist, in bands, choirs, and various ensembles for a long time. I also compose and teach theory.
