About Greg

Enjoy FUN piano lessons proven to break barriers and accelerate your child’s progress. I make young hearts and minds sing with music and passion. Using old-school methods developed after more than 30 years of teaching piano lessons, prepare to be amazed at your very first lesson.

The teacher, not a set of books, is the determining factor in quality results. I focus on the sheer joy of playing the piano, and am amazed at the speedy progress of ALL my students. I know how to make magic with our students and get wonderful results within weeks instead of years. I turn ordinary children into confident, passionate, creative and loving people.

Taught as teaching assistant at Kansas City Conservatory in the 1980's, the University of Central Oklahoma as Adjunct Professor through the 1990's and the University of North Texas as a teaching fellow. Opened my private studio in Denton, Texas then moved to Oklahoma to take care of my mother before she passed in 2001 and re-opened my private piano studio here in Oklahoma.

Greg Fisher loves teaching piano and his students respond emotionally, physically and with great passion. Greg thrills all ages from 5 years old through adult with amazing piano shortcuts to smiles and gasps from parents. Greg has been featured SEVEN times with orchestra including the Kansas City Philharmonic and the Fort Worth Symphony. He has played concerts in France, Italy, Japan and United States. Greg has a Bachelor's of Music and a Master of Music and has taught very successfully for over 30 years.

About the lesson

From Google Review: "My son has only been with Mr. Fisher for a few weeks but I have noticed tremendous growth in his piano skills as well as his overall disposition. He enjoys his lessons so much he would come home very excited and eager to practice some more! He has learned to practice independently and has played more piano pieces in a very short time. I highly recommend Fisher Piano Studio if you want your kids to enjoy and be great at piano at the same time!"

All ages, all abilities. Beginners, Intermediate, Advanced. I specialize in making Oklahoma piano prodigies. Could your child be the next Mozart piano prodigy? I helped many students achieve piano super stardom in the last 10 years.

Traditional piano lessons (using method books) will actually cripple your child forever. Don't fall into this trap. Real master teachers do not base their piano lessons on a set of books. We teach the Mozart way with 300+ year old traditions and expertise handed down through the centuries teacher to teacher.

Music Olympics - Gilliam Division (pianists up to 8th grade) competition. FIRST PLACE for last five years with five different students. Each student won $600 for their hard work and talent. I get results!!! Enjoy them today.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
What are your goals for music? Do you want to be the best pianist in Oklahoma? Or do you just want to have fun and enjoy time at the piano?
