About Dennis
I am a professional astronomer and astrophotographer with my own observatory. I teach astronomy and astrophotography at UW Waukesha. You can see my work at RoscoeSkies.com.
Seeing the reaction of people when they learn something amzing about the universe.
I have been a professor for over 35 years and started teaching in graduate school.
I have a Masters and Ph.D. degrees. I have been teaching astronomy and Astrophotography at UW for four years. I have designed and built to remote controlled observatory. I have published my images in several magazines including TIME.com.

I give Powerpoint presentations plus provide hands-on experience in my observatory.
All ages from 10 to 70. Anyone with an interest in Astronomy.
Check their references and the work they have done. Interview the instructor and see if there is a personality that will inspire you to learn.
I give public leactures nearly every month. I just gave a lecture at the Pewaukee Library on "Where are the Aliens" that was not only well received, but raised a lot of interest in the public mind.
