About Scott
I have been doing photography since 1972. I emphasize a strong background in the basics as a foundation for outstanding photography. The more you understand the principles of light, composition, contrast and exposure the more successful you will be at photography. To be successful at photography your artistic ability must be accompanied by a working knowledge of the "nuts and bolts" of photography. If you are interested in film photography I will be very happy to introduce you to it. I still shoot a lot of film, mostly in medium format.
I love to teach and pass on the expertise I have acquired in 47 years of doing photography.
I have mentored countless photographers.
I am essentially a self taught photographer who has been doing photography for 47 years.
