Joe took the time to explain all the different features on my camera and how to use them. During the classes, he also allowed us to share our experiences with different techniques, thus therefore learning from others and then adding his feedback on how to improve. Joe's classes are so much fun, informational and were defenitley worth my time. Looking forward to my next class and would higly recommend any classes with Joe Ownbey.

I have taken 4 classes with Joe and there are so many reasons I keep coming back to him. There is one major flaw with your rating system. The only way to get close to rating this photographer / instructor is if you had "infinity star rating". Joe Ownbey is an AMAZING, Kind, passionate instructor who breaks complex lessons into fun and easy to understand skills to learn. He goes above and beyond what is required for his students, often meeting them outside the classroom for smaller group or individual additional help when needed. He is very versed in so many areas of photography as well that he really brings so many potential avenues for his students to learn. I have taken several classes from him and my only dismay is my personal finaces of not being able to afford unlimited classes or I would be in one of his classes every day. Joe offers such a wide experience base to learn from I have no plans to ever go to another instructor. Joe Ownbey truely is the VERY BEST!!!!
