About Jeff
I am a retired professional portrait photographer and have been teaching group workshops via Meetup.com. I have conducted over 50 workshops on camera operation, Lightroom operation, speedlights, and composition. If you are a beginner, I start by helping you understand the buttons and dials on your camera for best results, then take you through the use of Aperture Priority, Shutter Priority, and Manual modes. You will know when to use each of these modes and understand the limits of your camera. When you are taking good pictures, I'll show you how to process your images in Lightroom to make a good picture into an outstanding one!
I love photography and love helping other people discover the magic! Workshops are great for reaching a large number of people, but private lessons will give you the best results in the shortest amount of time.
14 years in the studio, 6 years shooting beach portraits. 5 years shooting scenic, landscape, cityscape, street photography, astrophotography, URBEX, etc. 5 years experience as a workshop leader.

$50 per session if done at my location on Marco Island. $100 if I come to you. Sessions are open ended and last 1-2 hours depending on our progress.
