About Julie
I love photography. I learned on film cameras and in the darkroom, and it is my favorite artform! I love sharing what I've learned and watching people take off. Its so much fun to see talent come out in others!
I will teach what I know about the techinical aspects of photography, and also what I know about the artisitc aspects. How do direct a subject, how to light a scenerio, and how to best use your camera.
I have bachelors in fine art photography from the University of Texas, I also have 10 years working as a freelance photographer. I've shot Johnny Depp for the Washington Times, several ad campaigns for brands, countless lookbooks and editorials for different brands and magazines, and artwork for several differnt musicians including Noel Gallgher and K Flay.
