About Amy
We have over 160 years of combined experience with our staff of 13! Amy initially opened in 2002, and has had a successful studio and an amazing staff growing ever since!
Pilates, Massage Therapy, Lymphatic Enhancement Therapy, Esthetics & more!
Injuries pushed me to look for out-of-the-box training styles, to help me help others that weren't seeing success within the tradtional path.
