About Liz
My Studio is small and comfortable. My main focus is to help my clients feel encouraged while working towards their fitness goals. Core Connection Pilates and Fitness is fully equipped studio. Private and group sessions are available. Each student regardless of experience works directly with owner/trainer, Liz Berghash.

I ask about previous experience with exercise. What the student’s goals are. We go through how the equipment works and what each piece is used for. My main focus is to allow my new student to feel comfortable in The studio. Ask as many Questions as necessary, please!! We will go through a basic workout to familiarize with equipment the first session and progress from there.
