About Donald
Medical Exercise Trainers is a team of passionate practitioners who excel in the field of 3rd phase care in the Wellness Continuum, also known as Tertiary Health Services. We are certfitied AAHFRP Medical Exercise Specialist whom seek to create strucutured programs for multiple levels of clients who seek assistance for any number of issues or injuries. We work with chronic conditions, individuals transitioning out of physical therapy, asymptomatic individuals who just need to be safer and more efficient with thier mechanics. We strive to make all of our client feel more confident and efficient with the movements in exercise and in life!

When working with new clients, all clients go through our introduction assessment which consist of a muscloskeletal overview and a bief recivery of health history. This allows our practitioners a more detailed perspective as to where each clients begins thier journey with us. From this introduction assessment we can then determine the frequency and duration of each clients program.
