About Boyd
Retired Navy SEAL with over 28 years of experience in teaching, coaching and mentoring. I take pride in my ability to build a plan that best suits your budget, experience, and schedule.
I have every pistol, rifle, and shotgun qualification available to the military. From the first-time shooter to someone looking to learn more I put the same effort in.
I am also a certified NRA instructor...meaning I can certify you in the state of Virginia for a concealed carry permit.

Perfect! Highly recommend him. Patient teacher. Easy to reach. Gave good tips on handling the gun.
Perfect! Mr. Renner was professional detailed and patient. Very respectful. Myself being new to using a gun he adapted his method to go through all the basic of safety and using the handgun.
Perfect! I have no experience with guns, but I feel very safe, comfortable, and at ease with my teacher. I am able to understand and apply what he teaches me when we target practice at the range.
