About Pamela
A health & fitness professional for over 30 years, Pamela Franco apprenticed and received her Authentic Pilates certification with Master Teacher Romana Kryzanowska in 2002 and began instructing the MELT Method in 2011. Pamela is an advanced MELT Method instructor and trained exclusively with the MELT Method's creator Sue Hitzmann. In addition to MELT private sessions and group classes, Pamela also co-creates special events such as "MELT and Restorative Yoga" and "MELT and Meditation" with other wellness professionals to provide a deep dive into self care for her clients. Pamela values MELT as a perfect compliment to Pilates and all disciplines of movement, as well as a catalyst for optimal performance and dynamic transformation.
