About Derek
Life Performance Enhancement is owned by Derek Wohlers. He has been a professional in the industry of fitness and sports performance since 2004. A graduate of Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Physical Education, he also competed athletically as member of the Cougars baseball program. Since 2007 Derek has served as an educator, coach, trainer, and consultant for athletic programs at the high school and university levels, sport instruction organizations, and college recruiting businesses around the country. An expert in Human Performance, Derek has trained athletes in the MLB, NCAA, NAIA, USA Track and Field, PGA, and fitness enthusiasts throughout Los Angeles and San Bernardino county. Community Involvement and Service is an area Derek and LPE are extremely passionate about. Derek and his wife Ericka attend Christ's Church of the Valley located in San Dimas, CA.

The workouts are customized with strategically focused areas of the body that need attention. I would trust Life Performance Enhancement for any professional training.
I have had the opportunity to train at LPE during my off season. I play professional baseball and the instruction and workouts I have been put through here are awesome. Whether it was fine tuning my mechanics or maximizing the use of my body. I had an injury about a year ago so I also received some physical therapy for that. I definitely recommend LPE for any of your fitness needs.
