About Matias
Spanish-speaking transformation specialist who is passionate about making lifestyle changes, by helping people reach goals they thought they'd never be able to reach.
I also help athletes improve their strength, mobility, and endurance, to make them stand out in their respective sport.
It makes me extremely happy when my clients start results and they get even more motivated to keep working towards their goals, specially when people come with the same background as me (being overweight), and I get to help them make not just a physical change, but an entire lifestyle change.
After making my own lifestyle change, coming from an overwheight background, I became passionate with the process and I wanted to help people reach their own goals, make their own lifestyle change, and it makes me happy to be the one who guides them along the way.

Bringing them in for a free consultation and workout for them to meet me and see how my training methods are, as well as explaining how I will be helping them to reach their goals
Older people, with or without limitations and/or past injuries, helping them get healthier and in better shape, and even overcoming those limitations they previously had.
Young kids trying to get stronger and therefore improve their performance in sports, whether is football, wrestling, or track and field.
People between the ages of 30 and 50 years old trying to see their abs for the first time and making the switch to a lifestyle they enjoy and helps them stay healthy and in shape.
My client who has been the longest with me, he had two hip surgeries and also surgery in each of his knees, and hasn't been able to ski in the past 10 years until this last season, where he was finally able to get back skiing with no problem.
