I am an athlete and a people person by nature. Training is a career that allows me to maintain a level of athletics in my day to day life as well as keeping me involved with people.

We speak about goals, get measurements and weight, and then have and introductory performance assessment.
I have worked with so many different demographics, from children to the elderly and everybody in between, athletes, non-athletes, disabled, and more.
Look for someone that is willing to put an equal amount of work, as you, into assisting to reach your goals.
My daughter was selected to join the competition team for her gymnast school.
