Perfect! Elle is a great personal trainer. I really needed someone to help me learn what exercises I should be doing and how to do them properly. At 65 I found myself overweight and really not knowing where to start and didn't want to be aggressive with a bootcamp or intense type of training. Also, I really wanted to learn how to use the machines in my new apartment 55+ Active Adult Community and I wanted to make sure that I could continue this throughout the rest of my life. Elle has been a perfect fit and I highly recommend her as a personal trainer!!
