About Cassandra
Having the confidence that you're body is strong and healthy going into and during the first part of motherhood is invaluable during a time when you will be questioning all the other little things. While also having the energy and stamina to bring and take care of the precious new life you created. Which is why I feel so strongly about helping moms feel the best the can during this exciting time. With 10 years in the fitness industry and 4 focusing on pre and postnatal certifications I help my clients fell safe comfortable while also building a strong and powerful physical foundation they can take into the delivery room and their new day to day.
