About Jason
I have been a Fitness Professional and Personal Trainer for 25 years with a formal education degree and certification in Exercise Science from Black Hills State University.
I absolutely love helping other achieve their best bodies and fitness with an awesome and confident wellness lifestyle!
I have had hundreds of clients over the years and some are still with me today! It never gets old!
I have wanted to be a Personal Trainer since High School as I grew up in a Huge Fitness and Coaching Family
I have a Degree in Exercise Science from BHSU and I am a CSCS certified strength and conditioning specialist
