About Jessica
Oh Baby! Dance is a fun, babywearing lo-impact dance fitness class designed for new moms (dads too!) and their non-mobile babies.
OBD provides a safe and fun atmosphere to bond with your baby, connect with other new moms, and dance your way to a fitter you!
Once your baby reaches six weeks old-and you're cleared to workout...join us for this booty shaking, hip-hop style class.
I enjoy working with pre and postnatal moms, and helping them to get back to pre-pregnancy fitness and/or getting them started towards better fitness.
I have over 15+ years in the fitness industry. My certifications include:
ACE Certified Personal Trainer
ACE and AFFA certified Fitness Instructor
Oh Baby! Pre and Postnatal Fitness Instructor
One Strong Mama Pre and Postnatal Instructor
CPR certified
