Being a mother of 7 myself, I have a soft spot in my heart for fellow mommies~ I know how hard it is to get time to workout. I also know how important it is to stay healthy for your family's sake. Let me help you find a good solution so you can really enjoy being activite with your babies!
I am a certified personal trainer who loves to teach and motivate others. I started working out over 20 years ago and have been blessed to help many friends reach their goals along the way. I want everyone to have the knowledge to exercise safetly and independently.
