About Tracy
This is an all women's group fitness class. It is geared for any level of fitness. Each day includes a different workout that combines cardio, strength training and agility. Each workout can be adjusted to meet your fitness needs. I've been teaching ladies group fitness for 10 years now. I enjoy seeing the results the ladies achieve. I put 100% into my classes! I LOVE helping ladies reach their fitness goals & will help in any way possible!! The class is a relaxed tone and there is never any yelling but it does push you to reach your goals. We workout as a group and finish as a group so that no one feels left out. It's a fun supportive group of women all after the same goal - TO GET FIT!!
