About Anytime
I have a Masters Degree in Kinesiology And all of the certifications through National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have worked with many different fitness levels, helping clients achieve optimal fitness.
Everyone has a different story, I enjoy the opportunity of getting to know and help people reach their goals.
I have a twenty five years of history in the medical /fitness field and have a vast knowledge of corrective exercise, sports conditioning and functional conditioning.
I invite the opportunity of helping people achieve their optimal fitness.
