About Jennifer
Hi there, I am Jen! I am a 39-year-old mom of two with over 20 years of experience in the fitness industry. As a functional fitness specialist I provide Science based training techniques that are necessary to safely and effectively perform better. We will assess fundamental movement identifying limitations and asymmetries To create a conditioning plan that targets your behaviors, health and performance. This increases your capability to build muscle lose fat and attain personal goals.
