Since I come from a research-oriented background, I can get pretty geeky when it comes to explaining things. Also, I value customer service and want to make sure you succeed in your health & fitness endeavours.
We all have our battles, and everyone has a unique challenge to solve. I really enjoy it when a client has achieved a level of health & fitness that they thought wouldn't be possible!
