First a free interview is scheduled to cover goals and make sure I am good fit for the client. Secondly a fitness RX/Overview will be sent to the client that details the program recommended, etc. After signing the Overview, training sessions and nutritional counseling sessions may begin. Plans are customized and can be modified as we go.
