I have an extended passion for fitness focused in strength and conditioning.
I started teaching back in 2013 and launched my personal training business in 2016.
I am a StrongFirst Level 1, Precison Nutrition Coach, Original Strength Level 1, Onnit Battle rope, Ground Force Method Level 1 and Muay Thai instructor.
