Have been in the industry for more than 1/2 a decade.

Therefore I have experienced both scenarios and came up with the perfect blueprint for anyone to adapt and build the physique of their dreams without counting calories, spending 2+ hours in the gym daily, or say no to eating out with their loved ones.
