About Julian
We are passionate about health and fitness and look to create the best environment and experience everytime you walk into the gym.
I have been in working in the industry for over 4 years now. I have worked for a corporate gym and private sports performance company.
NSCA-CSCS
FMS-1
We enjoy being side by side on the journey to a new lifestyle of each client that walks through the gym.
I am currently enrolled in a Masters Program in Sports Performance and I am a certified by NSCA-CSCS. I have my functional movement screen certification and continue to educate myself by attending seminars and conferences around the United States all related to health and fitness.

We meet at the gym for an evaluation. The evaluation will cover movement screen, current nutritional plan, medical history and exercise experience. We will then go through a training session and from there we will create a program together that best fits your current fitness level and help you reach your goals the fastest.
