About Jeremy
Strike Fitness X was born to empower individuals who are seeking a new form of living and are ready to take control of their overall wellness.
Our unique Functional Fight Fitness training program combines Suspension, Boxing, and Calisthenics training methods.These stylse of training utilizes mostly bodyweight exercises that increase overall strength, flexibility, posture enhancement and the ability to easily conquer everyday demands.
Since our start, we have helped dozens realize this by providingexceptional service and delivering results!
We love to introduce people to fun and challenging ways to workout.
All of our trainers are nationally certified.
