About Erik
My private training facility is committed to helping people of all ages and athletic abilities build stronger, healthier bodies through strength training. We offer 1 on 1 sessions in a comfortable and supportive atmosphere. Choose private training as a way to get started with an exercise routine, to help you achieve ambitious fitness goals, to rehab after an injury, to take you to the next level, or simply because you work hard and you want the best!
Located in Redondo Beach just one block from the ocean, you are able to cool down after your workout with a walk along the Esplanade.
15 years of experinece, N.A.S.M. certified personal trainer, an Illinois track state champ and a D3 individual National Champ.
