About Marlo
I'm a certified personal trainer. I've trained myself and others for over 10 plus years. I played arena football, and I've been invited to NFL invite only workouts. Ive devoted my life to learning how to be better athlete, physically mentally and emotionally. I've trained basketball players as well, one of them became a D3 all American. I also ran track and played basketball and football my entire life. I have the experience and the knowledge to get you to your next level. YOU MUST HAVE THE DESIRE TO BE GREAT! Otherwise I can't help you.
