I am a certified personal trainer by the ISSA (International Sports and Science Association).
As well as I am currently hold a position as a personal trainer at LA Fitness in my area.

I always start with getting the person comfortable with me as working with someon new could be hard for some people. I ask questions on expierience in the gym and if they have any injuries i should know about that way i know what exercises they would be able to do comfortably and which exercises I would have to adjust. Then lastly I would test their stregth through a set of exercises programmed just for them to correct any improper forms as well.

I like that way that he trained meI am so glad to have Anderson as my personal trainer. I must say he’s the best trainer because he knows how to motivate you through the entire session. The perfect combination of coaching, encouragement, and pushing limits. He challenges you to push yourself to your limits and then to push past them. I highly recommend him.
He is a driving force in my fitness regimen. He always pushes me to accomplish my goals. Never monotonous and always challenging.
