Hi there.
You are looking to make a decision on a coach and one that can coach you to your destination. I feel that I have been given the skills to get you there. I enjoy coaching and been told my many that i am easy going, compassionate, fun, dry humor, love animals and nature. I take those and mix it with a balanced life that has a blend of doing what I love and love what I am doing, be it work or play.
I have over 20 year in the health and wellness field that range from boot camp instructor, occupational therapy modalities, nutrition habits, life coaching, etc...
I enjoy the reveal of one's power to achieve their health and fitness and that is just the beginning.
I taught fitness/wellness outdoors for 14 years.
My love of nature, people, fitness and life kept it going.
