About Marlin

I am unique in my training session, combining stretching to increase joint mobility, flexibility and strength. Teaching boxing techniques and movement that anyone can learn and use to help defend their lives and become a better athlete or self.

I love working with people of all ages, children, adults and the senior population. Everyone is capable of learning how to box and become more comfortable in their body's.

I injured my back from work and become dedicated to learning the body and mind. I started my own business helping people get to know their body and find the mind muscle connection we all possess.

Performance Enhancement specialist, Associates degree in exercise science. Certified personal trainer, group training. 10+ years of boxing experience.

About the lesson

I am a Professor of Ability. We will start out slow and increase over time. I am a Performance Enhancement Specialist which allows me to improve my clients overall physical and mental capability and mind muscle connection.

I work with youth from 5-18 and adults of any age group.

Perfect! I've been boxing with Marlin for 6 months or so and he's a terrific instructor. I've learned so much from the experience. He's invested in the success of his clients and works hard to get you to your goal. Likewise, he's just a great person to be around. Very positive, very supportive.

He's a skilled coach and fantastic boxing instructor because he focuses on mastering the fundamentals (in both Orthodox and South Paw). I'm really happy with the results so far and look forward to more.
