About Ted
Besides all of the things other trainers do, I specialize in corrective exercise. That is where we correct improper movement patterns to mitigate pain and hopefully avoid medical intervention. I do all of this on top of your standard strength and muscle building and weight loss.
I love seeing my clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life!
