About Jeff
My name is Jeff Trimble and I am the Owner/Operator of the Anytime Fitness in OKC. I am also a certified personal trainer by NASM, and my goal is to reach as many people as possible to get them to their fitness goals. With that being said, I offer both in person PT sessions and remote training done via phone!
I really enjoy pushing people past what they knew they were capable of, and seeing that self confidence build inside someone as time passes. One of my favorite parts of training is seeing the pure excitement and happiness of a client when they hit a personal goal!
