About Tamario

As a performance coach for D1 Finch Creek in Noblesville I have access to state of the art facilities and equipment to help clients better reach their goals. I have a multi sport background ranging from football, basketball, track and wrestling. Along with the facilities and expertise I believe I am the perfect match for highly motivated clients looking to build muscle or lose weight

I enjoy the fellowship with people the most. That's pretty easy because we already share common interests, I also enjoy being witness to a person growing and achieving their goals and beyond.

I have deep passion for teaching health & wellness (mental, emotional, physical) to all that are around me. I will use this passion to assess, guide, and motivate any person that is willing to step outside of their comfort zone in the name of growth and development.

While working at the Juvenile I started instructing the gym classes and after that I started training on the side for friends. That grew into a 2nd income and a passion. My current General Manager was my strength coach while I attended Warren Central Highschool. I have learned a great deal from this man and have applied those LESSONS to my business of being a trainer.

About the lesson

After the introduction a goal meeting will be held and a functional movement screen will be completed to assess where the client needs attention. After this valuable information is received a work out plan will then be formulated and prescribed to help that client reach his or her goals.

I have worked with and still working with currently top high school athletes and there parents up to professional soccer, NFL athletes. Also I train children young as 4, seniors, and veterans male & female. I also provide prenatal workouts for moms to be.

I would advise a student to hire a teacher that they feel could be of a benefit not only in fitness but in life as a mentor or friend to help with being accountable and empathetic to the their fitness journey.

Opening the D1 in Noblesville was a very proud and fond moment in time and event for me. To service a different demographic than I ever had before along side a mentor and growing the business has been vital as an experience builder and a introduction into actual gym life and happenings.

If personal training is held here at the Noblesville D1 Finch Creek facility training is $100 per 130 minute session. $50 for the gym $50 for the instruction. This price includes body scans and nutrition information and guidance.
