I'm a NYC and Jersey City based Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach with over 5 years of experience. I'm also an Ironam Certified Coach, helping clients to get ready for short and long distance endurance races.
Pre and post natal certified which allows me to work with pregnant clients as well.
