About George
Introduction: I provide coaching strategies that create the behavior changes that produce physical transformation. It starts with an evaluation to assess any preexisting conditions and establish baselines for the things you are trying to change. I then design a plan to address those conditions and your goals and together we choose the best method (personal training, phone coaching, internet coaching or a combination) for your preferences and schedule to get you where you want to go.
