About Francisco
I provide a unique combination of assisted stretch/massage therapy, self stretching education and mobility exercises that enhance strength, endurance and stamina at the same time.
I have been in my line of work for over 13 years and I can definitely say that I truly enjoy making a positive impact, with every client I work with long term.
A physical therapist from Oklahoma City taught and passed on his assisted stretching and soft muscle tissue release techniques in 2010-thru 2013.
Bachelors degree in Exercise and Health Science from St. Gregory's University. Also played soccer at the college level for 4 years.
