About Eryka
Hi! My name is Eryka and I teach swim lessons for all ages and abilities.
Swimming has been a sport I practiced from childhood through college. After graduating, I continued to swim Masters and in Open Water.
I started coaching my former highschool team and taught private swim lessons part time. I have and undergraduate degreee in Early Education and Special Education and love working with children!
Recently, I started to pursue a career as a college swim coach. I became a Volunteer Assistant Men's Swim Coach at Ohio State University and helped Head Coach Bill Wadley start a swim school around Columbus, OH. We also started a non-profit organization (concealed information) Water safety is a life skill and I am passionate about teaching swimming to prevent drowning.
In November, 2016 I moved to California for an Assistant Women's Swim Coach position at Cal State Univeristy East Bay. When our season ended, I moved to Colorado to be closer to friends and family and can't wait to meet more people through swimming!
Please contact me for private or small group lessons, triathlete training or a private coaching session. I take an individualized approach with everyone I work with and it's important to me that you are enjoying the water!
