About Chiara
You can contact me for some private or small group (if you have a couple of friends) fitness training.. I love work with functional/crossfit movements, conditioning and build some strength, of course the result is not only in more health but esthetically too! We can workout outside (beach, park, erc) or if you have a gym in your building or at home too..
I can give nutritional advise that can fit in your life style and preferences.
I simply have a huge passion for fitness and crossfit.. I am an ex gymnast so I can teach you some gymnastic too.
I am FIF personal training certificated and crossfit L1.
